Agreement and acceptance
A clear agreement between you and phjon
These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between you and phjon whenever you visit the platform, create an account, deposit funds, claim a promotion, place a wager, or withdraw a balance. References to “you” mean the registered player. References to “we”, “our”, or “the platform” mean phjon.
You should read these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming information. Those pages explain how phjon handles personal information and how account controls can help you manage play. If you do not accept any part of this agreement, do not register or continue using the service.
English is the controlling language of this agreement. Short labels, campaign phrases, or casual Filipino expressions may appear around the platform for convenience, but they do not replace the complete English terms shown here.

Eligibility and legal responsibility
You may register with phjon only if you are at least 21 years old, have the legal capacity to enter an agreement, and are permitted to gamble under the laws that apply where you are physically located. You are responsible for checking whether online gaming is lawful in your location before accessing phjon.
Employees, contractors, game suppliers, and any person able to influence an event or game outcome may be restricted from participating. phjon may refuse registration or suspend access where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Attempting to bypass a location, age, or identity restriction is a serious breach of these Terms.
Registration and account security
You must provide truthful, complete, and current information when creating a phjon account. This may include your legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, mobile number, email address, and payment details. Nicknames or incomplete records may delay verification and withdrawals.
Only one phjon account is allowed per person unless written approval is provided. Accounts must not be sold, transferred, shared, or operated for another person. You are responsible for keeping your password and device secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, stop using the account and notify phjon promptly through the support details displayed on the platform.
Identity checks and account verification
phjon may request identification, proof of address, payment ownership evidence, a selfie, or other reasonable documents. These checks help confirm age, prevent duplicate accounts, protect player funds, and meet anti-fraud obligations. Documents must be readable, valid, and unaltered.
Some account functions may be limited while a review is ongoing. A withdrawal can be held until the review is completed, but phjon will not request information that is unrelated to a legitimate security or compliance purpose. Failure to provide satisfactory documents may lead to restrictions, closure, or the return of eligible funds through an approved payment method.
Deposits, payment ownership, and balances
Deposits are accepted in Philippine Peso through supported local methods, which may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and eligible Visa or Mastercard cards. Availability, minimum amounts, processing times, and limits may vary by account and method.
Use only a payment account that belongs to you or that you are legally authorised to use. phjon may reject or reverse transactions involving mismatched names, disputed ownership, chargebacks, technical errors, or suspected unlawful activity. A deposited balance is intended for genuine gaming and is not a banking, remittance, or money-transfer service.
Wagers, game results, and technical interruptions
A wager is accepted only when it is recorded by the phjon system and confirmed in the relevant game or betting history. An on-screen animation alone does not prove acceptance. Players should check the displayed stake and selection before confirming a wager because accepted bets generally cannot be cancelled at the player’s request.
Game outcomes are determined under the applicable game rules and supplier systems. If a connection drops after a wager is accepted, the recorded result remains valid. Where a confirmed software fault, duplicated transaction, incorrect settlement, or obvious pricing error occurs, phjon may correct the record and adjust the affected balance to the position that should reasonably have applied.
Promotions, bonuses, and cashback
Each phjon promotion may have separate eligibility rules, minimum deposits, qualifying games, wagering requirements, maximum stakes, time limits, and withdrawal caps. Those campaign-specific rules form part of this agreement. You should read them before accepting a bonus rather than assuming that every offer works the same way.
Unless stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one person, account, household, device, payment source, or shared network. Creating multiple accounts, coordinating claims, using low-risk patterns solely to clear wagering, or withdrawing and redepositing to trigger repeated rewards may be treated as bonus abuse. phjon may remove an invalid bonus and winnings directly connected to prohibited activity after a reasonable review.
Fair play standards
Keeping gameplay fair for every phjon member
Fair play means using phjon for genuine personal entertainment. Players must not use bots, automated betting tools, unauthorised scripts, modified software, stolen information, collusive arrangements, or methods designed to exploit an obvious technical fault.
You must not coordinate wagers with other accounts to obtain an unfair advantage, manipulate a promotion, conceal payment ownership, or influence an event in which you have privileged information. If phjon identifies unusual activity, the relevant account and transactions may be reviewed before further play or withdrawal is allowed.
A review does not automatically mean wrongdoing occurred. It gives phjon time to check records, game logs, payment details, and account links. Where the activity is legitimate, normal access can resume. Where a serious breach is confirmed, affected wagers, bonuses, or winnings may be voided as permitted by these Terms.
Withdrawals and payout reviews
Withdrawal requests must be made from the registered phjon account and normally returned to a verified payment method connected to the same player. Before processing a payout, phjon may request identity checks, confirm deposit ownership, review bonus requirements, and inspect gameplay for errors or prohibited activity.
Processing time depends on the selected channel, verification status, transaction value, bank availability, and any necessary security review. GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and card processing times are controlled partly by their respective payment networks. phjon is not responsible for a delay caused solely by a bank or wallet provider after funds have been released correctly.
Prohibited conduct
You must not use phjon for fraud, money laundering, identity misuse, chargeback abuse, unauthorised payment activity, event manipulation, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. You must also avoid attempting to access another player’s account, interfere with platform security, copy protected content, or disrupt normal service.
Prohibited conduct includes exploiting an obvious error after becoming aware of it and continuing to place wagers intended to benefit from that error. If you notice an incorrect balance, duplicated payout, impossible price, or broken game state, stop using the affected feature and report the issue. Amounts credited by clear mistake do not become valid player funds.
Account suspension and closure
You may stop using phjon whenever you choose. Subject to verification, open transactions, bonus rules, and lawful deductions, an eligible remaining balance may be withdrawn. You may also request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion under the responsible gaming controls.
phjon may temporarily suspend an account while investigating security concerns, duplicate registration, payment disputes, prohibited conduct, or legal restrictions. Permanent closure may follow a confirmed material breach. Where lawful, valid funds not connected to fraud, chargebacks, manipulation, or another breach will be handled according to the verified account status and available payment channels.
Responsible gaming
Gaming involves financial risk, and no outcome is guaranteed. phjon games and betting products are intended for entertainment, not as employment, investment, or a solution to financial pressure. Never wager money needed for rent, food, bills, education, transport, healthcare, or family obligations.
phjon may provide deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. You remain responsible for choosing affordable stakes and monitoring your play. If gaming stops feeling enjoyable, take a break and use the available account controls. Attempts to register again during self-exclusion may result in immediate closure of the replacement account.
Service availability and liability
phjon aims to keep the platform available and accurate, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, internet outages, mobile network issues, payment interruptions, supplier downtime, device problems, or events outside reasonable control may affect access. Scheduled work may temporarily limit particular games or account functions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, phjon is not responsible for indirect losses caused by a player’s device, connection, incorrect account information, failure to secure login details, or use of the platform in breach of these Terms. Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits responsibility where such a limitation is prohibited.
Complaints, records, and final provisions
If you disagree with an account decision, provide your registered details, the date of the issue, the relevant game or transaction reference, and a clear description of what happened. phjon will use available account, payment, wager, and game records to review the matter. Screenshots can help explain an issue but do not override reliable server records.
If one part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections continue to apply. A delay by phjon in enforcing a rule does not permanently waive that rule. These Terms, together with applicable promotion rules and referenced policies, represent the agreement governing your use of the platform.

Before starting a session, decide how much you can comfortably spend and how long you plan to play. A winning result is never guaranteed, and previous outcomes do not make the next spin, hand, race, or sporting event more likely to succeed.
Keep your phjon login private, check transaction details before confirming, and review promotion rules before claiming an offer. These simple habits prevent many common account issues. They also make it easier to understand your balance and know when wagering conditions have been completed.
If any wording on a game screen or promotion page appears inconsistent with these Terms, pause before continuing. The specific game or promotion rules may add conditions, but they cannot reasonably be read in isolation from the general phjon agreement shown on this page.
